No, you can't smoke pot in Vancouver..... not legally.
But the cops have bigger fish to fry so if they atch you with a doobie, they'll more than likely confiscate it or ask you to stub it out and then you'll be on your merry way.
I don't smoke the sit so I'm not 100% clear on it but it's not legal.... it's just.... accepted.
